The condominium is the same as the Resort Grand Palladium and offers 24 hour security, has private access to Imbassai beach, bike path and sports court. Parking in the condominium is free and private. There are two large swimming pools in the condominium (children and adults) and a leisure area. Very nice place, ventilated and in contact with nature. Excellent for relaxing!

The Reserva Imbassaí consists of 5 sub condominiums in an area spread over 130 hectares, where you can find a complete infrastructure (swimming pool, gym, tennis court, multi-sport court, grass soccer field, access to the beach).

In addition to the beach, you can enjoy the magnificent gastronomic offer of the village of Imbassaí and take the opportunity to carry out various sports activities both on the beach, on the river or in the natural reserve of the Mata Atlântica.


To get to Reserva Imbassaí by car from Salvador airport, follow these instructions:
1. When leaving the airport, follow the signs indicating "Litoral Norte" and "Estrada do Coco (BA-099)".
2. Follow Estrada do Coco towards Praia do Forte.
3. After passing Praia do Forte, continue on the road for about 8 km until you reach the entrance to the Reserva Imbassaí, km 66.
4. The journey is about 66 km long and takes an average of 1h15min, depending on the traffic.

CONTRACT CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

1) - If the customer withdraws from the lease, within 7 (seven) days of signing the contract or accepting it online, there will be a full refund of the amount already paid. Law 8.078/1990 Art.49 – CDC.

2) - If the withdrawal of the lease by the customer has allowed after the period stipulated in current law (seven days), there will be no refund of any amount paid.



MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY

If unforeseeable situations arise and are not attributable to the company, resulting from the fact that the property cannot be occupied, the company will make another property with similar characteristics available to the customer.


CANCELLATION BY LESSOR

If the LESSOR withdraws from the lease, any amount already paid will be refunded, plus a fine of 10% (Ten Percent) on the total amount of the contract.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Water and energy consumption will be charged separately: R$ 14.00 m3 of water and R$ 1.50 kwh of energy

BASIC RULES:

It is forbidden to move the furniture and objects of the property
It is forbidden to receive visitors
It is forbidden to hang clothes on the windowsill of the balcony of the apartment
Pets of any size are prohibited.
It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment after 22:00.
Trash is in the trash! There was no parking at the Recycle Bin.

Valores em geral da acomodação estavam muito acima dos valores praticados no próprio condomínio, como diária, taxa de limpeza, luz e água.

Apartamento muito bem conservado e tudo bem limpo.

Sobre a acomodação não tem nenhum ponto negativo. Ponto negativo só em relação ao valor.

O processo da reserva foi tranquilo, sem burocracia e rápido, apartamento limpo, bem conservado e o atendimento por Milla durante a chegada e saída top

Melhorar o processo de liberação dos hóspedes na guarita do condomínio

No geral, o apto é muito bom e como já fazemos há algum tempo, iremos mais vezes ao condomínio, em próximos feriados.

No apto tem tudo o que se precisa para hospedagem, sem necessidade de buscar o que quer que seja fora.

Havia somente um abajur no quarto e não funcionava. Inviabiliza a leitura na cama e, ao se acender a lâmpada do teto, incomoda quem está dormindo do lado.

Ótimo apartamento para casal

Bom espaço, organizado e limpo. O condomínio é ótimo e bem localizado, possui ampla estrutura. Os apartamentos são bem próximos, mas não nos incomodou. O atendimento foi ótimo, pessoal solícito e processo de check-in/check-out bem prático.
