CONTRACT CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

1) - If the customer withdraws from the lease, within 7 (seven) days of signing the contract or accepting it online, there will be a full refund of the amount already paid. Law 8.078/1990 Art.49 – CDC.

2) - If the withdrawal of the lease by the customer has allowed after the period stipulated in current law (seven days), there will be no refund of any amount paid.

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY

If unforeseeable situations arise and are not attributable to the company, resulting from the fact that the property cannot be occupied, the company will make another property with similar characteristics available to the customer.

CANCELLATION BY LESSOR

If the LESSOR withdraws from the lease, any amount already paid will be refunded, plus a fine of 10% (Ten Percent) on the total amount of the contract.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Water and energy consumption will be charged separately: R$ 14.00 m3 of water and R$ 1.50 kwh of energy

BASIC RULES:

It is forbidden to move the furniture and objects of the property

It is forbidden to receive visitors

It is forbidden to hang clothes on the windowsill of the balcony of the apartment

Pets of any size are prohibited.

It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment after 22:00.

Trash is in the trash! There was no parking at the Recycle Bin.

Maximum limit of guests per property:

1 Bedroom: 2 people (VILA DOS LÍRIOS)

2 Bedrooms: 4 people (VILA DOS LÍRIOS)

3 suits: 6 people (BUGANVILIAS and BROMELIAS)

House 4 suites: 8 to 10 people (BROMELIAS and ORQUIDEAS)
